Jeremy Schatz is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and focuses on federal employment, labor, and civil rights law along with personal injury claims for The Patton Firm. His work includes matters concerning workplace discrimination and termination, wage and hour violations, motor vehicle injuries, wrongful death, and premises liability.
Mr. Schatz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama where he was the starting punter for the football team and his law degree from The Birmingham School of Law where he was the Salutatorian of his class.
He is a member of the American Association of for Justice, Alabama State Bar Labor and Employment Law Section along with the Federal Court Practice Section and the Birmingham Bar Association. Jeremy currently lives in Birmingham with his wife, Megan and has been a candidate for Birmingham City Council.
Jeremy is registered with the American Bar Association’s Military Pro Bono Project, a nationwide program that connects junior-enlisted service members in need of pro bono legal help with volunteer attorneys throughout the nation.
